Ein professioneller Prinshop, eine nette Storemanagerin und die Mithilfe der Familie machten den Traum von mir wahr. Es wird ein erster Versuch sein und sollte die Aktion Erfolg zeigen darf ich ab Januar in einem weiteren Café ausstellen, direkt im Kunstviertel 798. Titel der Ausstellung ist „Beijing – My state of mind“ und es werden Szenen, Gebäude, Menschen aus Peking gezeigt, eben meine Gemütsverfassung der letzten sieben Monate hier. Neben einigen wenigen „Postkartenmotiven“ zeige ich auch Schnappschüsse und Skurriles, z.B. ein Hochzeitspaar zwischen altem Ziegelgemäuer, Soldaten im Stechschritt auf der Großen Mauer, blühende Damen oder einen dampfenden Teekessel unter einem BH.
